Ingredients

  • 1 pork tenderloin
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme to create a flavorful spice rub.
  3. Rub the pork tenderloin with olive oil, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
  4. Sprinkle the spice rub all over the tenderloin and massage it in well.
  5. Place the seasoned tenderloin in a baking dish.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  7. Remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.

Notes

Using a meat thermometer can help avoid overcooking. Resting the pork keeps it juicy.
